Diane
B. Cook, president of Metropolitan Mortgage Services, L.L.C.(MMS)
has been in mortgage banking since 1986. Prior to starting
MMS, Diane worked at Citibank for several years and then
partnered with two other top loan officers in the Washington,
D.C., area to start her first mortgage brokerage firm in
1992.
In
May of 1996, Diane founded MMS to provide more personalized
services to her clients. In addition to traditional mortgage
services, MMS provides a variety of programs and products
customized to fit clients' credit needs. Diane works closely
and diligently with every client throughout the entire loan
process. Most of her clients are referrals from previous
clients, realtors and financial planners with whom she has
had long-term business relationships.

Diane B. Cook
Diane
is a mortgage broker licensed in Washington, D.C., Maryland,
and Virginia. She served as Treasurer of the Maryland Association
of Mortgage Brokers from 1995-2000. Diane is one of only
a few mortgage brokers in the United States who holds the
national designation as Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist
through the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. She
also holds a real estate license in Washington, D. C., and
is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the
tri-state area.
Diane
is a proud member and past president (2005 & 2006) of
the Metronet networking group in Maryland. Diane holds an
undergraduate degree from Towson University and a masters'
degree from Loyola College, both in Baltimore, Maryland.
